Is Windscreen Repair Necessary?

The answer to this question depends on the severity of the damage. However, even if the chip or crack is small, it’s always best to get it checked out by an expert. Although it may be small at the moment, a crack or chip can grow and spread, impeding your vision. As a general rule of thumb, we recommend having your windscreen repaired or replaced if:

  • There is a chip bigger than a $1 coin 
  • Damage to your windscreen is obstructing your line of sight
